Client Satisfaction Survey Results

Recently, parents who have worked with Dr. Migden have been asked to complete an eight-item survey rating the quality of the educational consulting services they have received from him. They are asked to say whether they strongly agree, agree, are neutral, disagree or strongly disagree with each of eight statements regarding their work with Dr. Migden. Each person responding to the survey has the option of identifying himself or remaining anonymous.

Parents' responses have been very positive. No one has rated any aspect of Dr. Migden's work as negative. In fact, there has been only one negative rating in all of the surveys returned, and that was a rating of a school: one parent, who did not use any of the schools recommended by Dr. Migden and instead found one on her own, described the school recommended by Dr. Migden as not helpful.

The survey is still in its early stages. Eventually, as more survey responses are received, the data will be updated.
