Dr. Migden is a skilled counselor and psychotherapist.  He has a post-doctoral diploma in psychotherapy, and he has been a psychotherapy supervisor for doctoral students, post-doctoral candidates and interns.

Dr. Migden offers evaluations of learning strengths and weaknesses, as well as of emotional-behavioral problems. His psycho-educational and neuropsychological evaluations are highly individualized and comprehensive. He has taught and presented workshops on assessment at universities, hospitals and professional conferences. As a result, he is aware of both traditional and more contemporary issues in psychological, neuropsychological, and educational evaluation. He is quite knowledgeable regarding the documentation requirements of testing agencies, independent schools, colleges, universities and professional licensing boards. The recommendations that accompany his evaluation reports are explicit, clear and helpful.

With his considerable experience as a lecturer and teacher, Dr. Migden is available to provide workshops and presentations on learning disabilities and related issues.  He can also provide consultation services to educational institutions, attorneys and other mental health or education professionals.  He has been the consultant psychologist to four law schools.
